After having a negative experience with another garage I was put off for a while delaying the car buying process, however the lads at Glasshoughton Car Sales were a breath of fresh air. Bought an Audi TTS today, unfortunately a few miles up the road I encountered an engine issue. The guys were really helpful, offered to fix it and have it delivered to me in Scotland. I decided not to go ahead with the sale and they refunded the money there and then with no hassle. Really friendly team. Would recommend

Purchased a car from this garage with absolutely no issues what so ever, very understanding, informative and straight to it. Allowed me to take the car on multiple test drives before buying and even worked with me to get the payments down. Not only that but they also gave me 3 months warranty coverage and fixed any issues I had (despite there being a fair few) without any hesitation. Car was booked in straight away and sorted. I am leaving this review after using my very low mileage Zafira for about a year. In that time it has been 100% reliable and passed its MOT in March (no problems). My only slight disappointment, was that the valet was poor, with lots of rubbish left under the two rear fold down seats. Also, the engine bay was really dirty, but another helper (not the one who did the original valet) very kindly volunteered to clean it while we were sorting out the paperwork. All in all, I don't think I could have bought a better similar 6 year old people carrier anywhere else in the country ... very satisfied customers !

Spoke to these guys regarding a car I wanted to buy. Wanted to see the car and do a deal with mine. The guys kept there word and gave me all information I asked from them. When I arrived I was greeted politely and felt relaxed. Took car for a drive and then completed the deal. Was in and out with my car in around 2 hours. They even retained my number plate online for me. The car I bought was impeccable and couldn't fault it. . Thank you guys

I was looking for a Golf GTI and they had one in stock. Ben-no1 was accommodating in giving me two weeks to come up and get it. Ben-no1 also knocked £200 of the price of the car after making a 360 video of the car for me, as I was too far away to view before committing. On arrival to get the car, Ben-no2 was easy going and let me test drive the car and sorted the tax out for me on his PC. On the drive home, I did however notice I had, what sounded like a loud wheel barring fault due to the noise. I messaged Ben-1 and explained the issue...he always got back to me in good time even on his day off. After getting the car checked by a local garage, it turned out both rear tyre's and the braking system needed to be replaced immediately, which was causing the noise. I put this down to a small oversight that could have been picked up before the sale, however Ben-no1 let me pass the invoice from the local garage to him, at just over £410 and agreed to pay half towards it, as I was too far from his location to make it worth going back. This seemed fair, as I would also get new rear brake disks/pads and two new rear tyres. Overall, I am very happy with the service received, I would recommend them. I would also use them again. Steve

Bought a seat ibiza very helpfull staff my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they said it was getting valated on saturday afternoon i got there sunday morning and they were doing it then told us would be 2 hrs couldn't go back home to return later as i live 15 miles away besides that the car is great and i'm very happy with it would return if i'm ever looking for another car

Recently purchased a cheap run about from this garage to put me on until my actual car was fixed. I was not expecting much for a cheap car. Since purchasing the car it had some issues but when I rung them about this they could not do enough to resolve the issue. They fixed the issues the car had. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Just bought our 5th car from these guys. We don't even look at another dealer as we know we'll get the kind of service we should when dealing with Ben & Ben. The aftercare is amazing as well. Most places are glad to see the back of you once they've got your money, but these lads will go above and beyond to make sure every thing is right to the point of me having to drop some paper work off and me just mentioning that the air con was a bit week in our new car. Within 24 hours this was re gassed and resolved gratis. Amazing service and can't recommend highly enough.

I can honestly say these guys have gone above and beyond. More than just the sale of the car. We purchased a car in December. Was no pressure or sales tactics. They did everything they could to help secure finance. Had a few issues with it. Fixed without questions. Month after warranty expired quite a major issue. Again was told to bring back and was fixed again. I'm not going to lie I was having serious doubts about the purchase and was alot of money to spend for me but these guys have been nothing short of amazing. No excuses made, no trying to get out of fixing an issue just an amazing service. I can't thank them enough.
